As NSW opens, we are too! Many of our office locations are now back open, so we can support you in person to find a job that’s right for you!  

All Visitors are required to be double-vaccinated (or have medical exemption). Visitors are required to check-in with our QR code and the Service NSW Code, wear a mask, practice social distancing at 1.5 metres, and to sanitise their hands often. 

We also ask that if you are showing any cold or flu like symptoms, you do not attend.

Mutual Obligations 

 

Full Mutual Obligations have returned and are now in-place, following the extended suspension throughout lockdown and stay-at-home orders in NSW.

As reporting requirements have returned, this means that you could have to:

  • accept a job if you’re offered one
  • attend job interviews if you’re offered or referred to one
  • apply for a set number of jobs each month, as shown on your dashboard
  • report a set number of points, as shown on your dashboard
  • go to appointments with, or organised by, your provider
  • attend activities or training, including Work for the Dole, where it is safe to do so.
