How To Prepare For Your Appointment

What you require to prepare for your appointment which will be conducted by phone:
Access to the internet or a good phone line via home phone or mobile phone.
Access to a computer for the following :
– myGov
– Email (in case you need documents sent to you)
– Teleconference platform (Skype, Facetime or Zoom) – if requested by the job seeker
– A quiet place to conduct an appointment so that you can hear and understand what is being said.
– Your appointment may go up to 1 hour so ensure you are prepared for your appointment at the set time.
